Olanzapine Reduces Highly Emetogenic Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting When combined with other agents, the antipsychotic olanzapine significantly reduced the incidence of nausea and improved antiemetic complete response rates among patients receiving highly emetogenic chemotherapy, according to the results of a phase III trial reported by Navari et al in The New England Journal of Medicine.
