You have all  heard of cancer or chemo brain I of course I have seen it , warned of it and spoke of how in advance to prevent it, spirituality, prayer, mindfulness, engagement with others in grace giving without expecting receipt

So fine call me a visionary  but the mind body connection is very real and when a sneaky , pardon me bastard, like cancer finds a way to start and grow and spread you can bet it is not only your body under attack., not all get it but enough do

For breast and colorectal cancer survivors, mindfulness-based stress reduction is associated with improvements in cognitive function, according to a study published online Nov. 19 in the Journal of Cancer Survivorship.
